School's not over and we still have projects and homework we are working on. Please check homework regularly. Homework does count towards grades.
Please check Social Studies homework as well. Since we are scrap booking in class I am occasionaly assigning reading assignments. To make sure the pages are getting read the children need to write down 3 facts from each page on the notecards I have given them. They will also use these facts in their scrap books. These notecards are being graded as well.
We did not assign a book report this month, eventhough, I would still like the children to pick out a chapter book and bring it in. During our reading time and during Gladiator week I would like them to have a book they are involved in from cover to cover. I am hoping to have some Dear time. Drop everything and read.
